Essay: |
Picture an overall great neighborhood. It's usually quiet, peaceful, the houses have
green lawns and fresh coats of paint. There's a park, a school, local stores, even gas stations.
Now think that amongst the picturesque neighborhood there is an intruder- a house with a well seeded weed garden, a record-setting collection of paint chips on the ground, a cement yard, and broken down cars permanently parked in the front yard. Our common sense and pride for our community forces us to ask, "How can we fix this?!"
